📋 What to Expect at Your First Visit

During your first visit, your therapist will arrive at the scheduled time (for in-home sessions) or welcome you at our outpatient setting.

You will be asked to provide:

  • Referral or prescription (if available)
  • Insurance card
  • Co-payment (if applicable)

🩺 Initial Evaluation Includes:

  • Review of medical and surgical history
  • Discussion of current symptoms and concerns
  • Pain assessment and functional limitations
  • Physical examination (strength, range of motion, balance, coordination, posture)

Based on this evaluation, we will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs and goals.

Each therapy session is customized based on your condition and progress.
